Account Managers are active, consultative partners focused on helping PageSuite’s clients meet their business goals through product adoption, training and ongoing education.

The Account Manager is an expert in all things mobile and digital: they will work with clients to understand their business needs, the performance of their digital publishing solutions and ensure that our clients’ investment and results meets their expectations.

Through excellent communication and profile building, you will grow licensed revenue and also generate new business through upselling PageSuite’s products and services. You will identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, primarily by making sure our solutions are maximized and orchestrating communication across departments (e.g. Support & Development) with the clients.

This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset. The Account Manager possesses the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully own and manage an assigned group of accounts
  • Proactively contact clients to ensure high quality customer service levels and identify education, training and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Development and Project Management teams to deliver excellent solutions and service for your clients
  • Forecast and track key metrics and KPIs
  • Stay informed of market conditions; product innovations; and competitors' products, prices and services
  • Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to establish, learn and maintain efficient practices and campaigns

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Ensure that our clients use our products successfully
  • Contribute to the discussions for each Web Demo / Project Call
  • Organise and communicate with other staff, in advance, who you are sending on a meeting (e.g. Consultant, Support Engineer, Senior Developer etc.)
  • Record accurate and useful notes on Salesforce
  • Ensure PageSuite customers are regularly updated and engaged with existing and new solutions, plus market trends and opportunities.

Qualified candidates for this position have:

  • Account management and sales experience
  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS business
  • 5+ years experience in an Account Management centric role
  • Self-starter with confidence, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for mobile and digital technology
  • Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com
